I was attempting to reach a supposed helpline for a company called "XtremeINN" in the Coventry region. What a shambles! An Asian lady picks up on a crackly line, tells you to hang tight, and then it's just endless music playing on loop. I waited and waited, but no one ever picks up. Quite a frustrating experience, if you ask me!
