A lady with a posh accent, which sounded like it might be Asian, rang our landline saying our call blocking subscription was about to run out. Right away I noticed she mixed our names up. I asked what company she represented, but all she did was keep going on about the call blocking service. Once I told her it sounded like a total scam, she got a bit huffy, especially when I joked she must be after my bank info. As soon as I mentioned I was recording, the call just cut off. No shock there!
