I received a call from them regarding a car accident, and I was quite taken aback when they kept pestering me for details about when and where it happened. After four calls from them today, I firmly stated that we had already had this conversation. They insisted it was my first interaction with them, which was utterly baffling. I ended up hanging up on them in frustration and have since ensured they can’t reach me again by blocking their number. Quite a hassle, really!
