When i picked up the phone, there was a noticeable pause before someone spoke. It was a man with an unfamiliar accent saying he was from BT and wanted to talk about my internet service. He asked if i was the primary internet user in the house. The moment i questioned the reason for the call, he just ended the call abruptly.
