Not sure if there's a link but I began receiving these SMSInfo messages just as this number kept ringing me. The texts say I’ve got a parcel waiting at some drop off spot and to check a website. Whenever I pick up the phone, all I hear is clicking and then it hangs up. I’ve blocked the number now.

So this company DNC, which stands for Do Not Call, says they stop all those annoying phone calls. Basically, they're all about making sure no one rings you up without permission - easy enough, right? Just don't bother me, that's the whole point!

Got a call claiming it was about nuisance calls, but something felt off. After reading what others said here (thanks a lot, btw!), I’m glad I just ended the call. Definitely dodged a bullet there.

Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent working in a really loud call centre. He claimed they were trying to put an end to unwanted marketing calls. He already had my name and postcode which freaked me out a bit. He mentioned my last bill was paid via direct debit and asked for my bank info. When I asked what for, he said it was to update their records. Told him I never gave permission for them to hold my details, and he just hung up on me.

Just like loads of others, there was nobody answering when I picked up, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number.

I didn't even bother picking up - the number looked fake, couldn't be real with so few digits. Definitely some dodgy spoofing going on, just a scam.

Got a call from a lady with an overseas accent claiming she could stop my spam calls. She then asked for my credit card info. I told her she was the real nuisance and hung up straight away. Watch out for this one!

I got calls from this number yesterday and then again today. Since I didn’t know who it was, I just ignored it. After seeing all the comments here, I’m glad I didn’t answer - what a pest these calls are!

They said they could stop all those annoying calls and wanted my card details, but I never asked for anything like that. I asked them straight up which firm they were from, but they already had my name and address - proper creepy. We get loads of cold calls every day, and I always tell them, ‘Would you scam your own mum? Can you even sleep without feeling guilty?’ It usually makes them hang up quick. My husband reckons I’m getting too good at this and they’re switching up their game. Watch out folks, these lot are total scammers. Good luck to everyone dealing with this rubbish.

Got a call from this number earlier, I picked up but just got silence on the other end before the line went dead. After reading these reviews, I'm glad I didn’t say anything. Blocked it straight away.

On the morning of the 24th of September 2019, around 10.06, my phone gave a few rings and then just went dead. The caller ID showed 0125874569, but when I tried to call that back, my phone said the number couldn’t be found. Apart from the brief ringing, there was nothing else.

Got a call from this number, answered it and there was nothing but silence for a bit. I ended the call pretty quick since it's usually some pesky call centre. Not sure if it's anything harmful, but I'd just say be careful.

On the 23rd of September 2019, around 4:26 pm, I got a call from 0125874569. I answered but there was nothing - just silence, no one speaking. Kinda freaked me out a bit.
