5 yearsGot a call from someone saying they were from Microsoft, yet again. When I questioned her, she claimed to have all my PC details, even the serial number - which I’m pretty sure was a load of rubbish. When I called her out for probably being a scammer, she started telling me to be quiet and said her voice was louder than mine, which sounded just as dodgy. I then asked if she had a block option like I do, but she got pretty rude and abusive, so I just hung up and blocked the number.
