It was rather suspicious; someone rang me claiming to be from my internet provider, insisting that there had been some instability with our signal over the past week. I can't shake the feeling that this is a scam! When I prodded them for the name of my actual internet provider, they became rather evasive. Quite a dodgy situation, if you ask me!

For about half a year now, i keep getting calls from 01257400600 and some other numbers claiming to be from TalkTalk saying there’s an issue with my internet. Thing is, I’m with a different provider who told me everything’s fine on my end. They try to get you to let them control your computer mouse and even want to delete your personal info. Watch out for that!

Got a call from someone claiming to be with my internet company, saying my connection's been dodgy lately. Turns out he had nothing to do with my actual provider.

This bloke said he was with my internet provider and started asking me to set up a PayPal account. The moment I got suspicious and asked questions, he just cut the call straight away.
