I have a sneaking suspicion that this number is some sort of spoof from a call centre, as I’ve had a rather similar experience not long ago. The call didn’t connect to anyone and just dropped off, but it’s not one I recognise, although it shares the same exchange. I reckon they do this to lure you into picking up.
