some bloke named jack williams called me from that same number claiming to be with talk talk, said my internet was hacked or something. i asked for his id and employee number, then he told me to press the win and r buttons on my keyboard. as soon as i told him i was going to report him, he just cut the call.

Got a call from 01256724688 earlier but they didn’t leave any voicemail. It just made me more sure it was dodgy. My computer broke down last night and then today this number, pretending to be from TalkTalk, gave me a ring.

I got a call from some bloke with an Asian accent, said his name was Jack Williams and claimed he was from TalkTalk. Said there were issues with my account, but as soon as I asked questions, he just ended the call. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be TalkTalk saying there was an issue with my IP address or something. But I’m not with TalkTalk at all, so it was obviously a total scam. When I told them that, the bloke just hung up straight away.
