Yeah, I believe theyre a firm named procius that handles background checks. My nephew got me to be a personal reference for him, and they rang me to check up on him.

I received a call from this number, yet the person on the other end didn’t utter a single word. Quite peculiar, really!

I got a call from a firm named Procius - they said they do background checks.

I picked up the phone and they claimed to be running a background check, but didn’t even have my name right. They started asking all these security questions which I refused to answer since they should already know that info if it’s a proper check. So I just ended the call, and thankfully they haven’t tried ringing back.
