Got a call from someone with a foreign accent saying they were from TalkTalk. They spent a few mins spinning stories about my broadband messing up their system. I decided to call them out and asked if they even knew what ‘lying’ meant. They had no idea! When I explained it means not telling the truth, they just ended the call straight away. Oh well, I wasn’t really in a rush to finish the chat anyway!
