For two days now this number has been calling me, and since I don't know who it is, I havent bothered to pick up. Feels a bit like harassment to me tbh.

Someone rang up claiming they were from British Telecom, saying because we've been great customers and always pay our bills promptly, they'd give us a discount for the following year. The weird part is, we don’t even have BT. Still, they somehow had our name right.
