2 yearsGot a call from someone pretending to be BT about updating my landline for some digitisation thing they're doing. They even knew my name, email and address, and sent me an email with a PIN while we were talking. Then they asked me to put AnyDesk on my computer from a dodgy BT-style website hosted on weebly. I spent like 15 minutes telling them I wanted a legitimate BT number to check everything before doing anything. In the end, they just hung up on me!
