A lady, whose English was quite proficient yet had a hint of a foreign lilt-perhaps from the Indian subcontinent-claimed to be representing BT. She informed me that there had been some suspicious hacking attempts linked to my internet service. The woman urged me to be in front of my computer so she could assist in resolving the issues.
