I ended up reporting this under the UK Advisory ECO Installation Group. At first, I didn’t catch on that it was a robocall - sounded like a proper person just reading from a script. The caller, “Tom,” didn’t even react when a kid picked up the phone or when I jumped in to take control of the convo. The whole spiel was the same as other calls reported under the UK Advisory scheme. Honestly, it’s the kind of call that could easily catch you out.
