Had no clue who to talk to and asked to speak with the manager of the home? I didn’t say my name and then this automated American voice suddenly told me I was being removed from the call and just cut me off.

Got a call from someone saying his name was ‘Mark’ - not sure if that’s even true. He asked how I was doing and said I sounded nice, then thanked me for answering. Pretty sure it’s just a rubbish market research scam. Today’s only been one call, but the other day they rang me three times! Proper annoying and feels like harassment, honestly unwanted.

The number was unfamiliar so I just let it ring through to voicemail, but the person ended up hanging up.

Some bloke rang me up asking me to verify my name. I told him I didn’t know who he was and asked where he was calling from. He just said he was Bert. I told him I didn’t recognise the voice and asked him again who he was working for. He kept pushing me to confirm my details, but I said he was the one who phoned me, so he should say who he is first. Then he got all snappy, saying “you can waste time but my time’s precious,” and hung up on me.

Around 8:45 this morning my phone was ringing, i didn't pick up and let it keep ringing till my answer machine started. after that the person just dropped the call.
