Some bloke with a thick Indian accent rang me claiming he was calling from BT's Tech Support. He said there was an issue with my computer or my internet connection's security or something. Lucky for me, I’m no BT customer, so I wasn’t about to fall for that! I can’t help but think this sort of dodgy fraud stuff is made way easier because companies keep outsourcing their call centres abroad just to cut costs. Bit shortsighted if you ask me!
