I picked up since the number began with 01254, thinking it was local, but of course it was the same spiel - something about my internet getting cut off and to press 1 or 2 to avoid it. I'm pretty sure they're faking the number to look local so more people pick up. Best advice? Don’t push any buttons, just put the phone down straight away.
