Got a call from someone saying they were with Bank of Ireland’s Card Fraud dept, telling me there were 2 transactions on my debit card early this morning. They mentioned €150 spent on a mobile on eBay and then €1100 sent via Western Union. Thing is, I don’t even have an account with Bank of Ireland. But creepily, they knew my full name and address.
