i got a call from this firm and the person on the line was really rude, even called me daft. i ended up reporting them to the tps, and they actually took action! tps told me loads of complaints had been made against them and they are planning to hit them with a fine. if you wanna complain too, the company goes by the name the hearing clinic.

They started by asking whether I'd ever been employed in a noisy work environment or any sort of industry before. My gut tells me this is one of those dodgy companies pushing hearing aids. Honestly, the deal with hearing aids here in the UK is pretty clear: the NHS offers brilliant care with advanced hearing aids, including sleek, discreet ones you wouldn’t even notice. Plus, you get your battery replacements free too. Never shell out money for hearing aids if you're eligible for NHS help - it's just not worth it.
