They’ve been masquerading as representatives from different utility firms or directory services, fishing for information about our company’s suppliers and meter readings. During the unpleasant exchanges, one chap was rather vulgar, and another raised his voice considerably before cutting the line when I challenged them about their tactics. Quite the experience, I must say!
