They keep calling but never say a word, then just hang up. It's really irritating and it happens loads of times every day.

I picked up the phone and got a message on a loop about some company, maybe called ibcs or something close to that. The voice said they couldn’t provide service to my number right now and that they’d try calling again later or something like that. Quite odd really.
