I had a rather odd phone call from a gentleman speaking with an Indian accent who persistently referred to me as "ma'am." He claimed there was an issue with my internet service and threatened to cut it off soon. To make matters worse, he quizzed me about the type of router I use. I didn't stick around for more of the conversation and promptly ended the call.
