this number called me a bunch of times, definitely a dodgy scammer!

It showed up as a Blackpool number on my caller ID. When I answered, there was a bit of a pause before they started talking about some legal stuff and threats of action. Best just to hang up and not ring them back.

Got a call from these lot, so I tried calling back. Some bloke picked up, claiming I was due an HMRC refund and asked for my bank details. I told them I wanted an email to confirm it first, but then they just cut me off. Proper scammers!

i got a call from a robotic voice saying it was hmrc, telling me there’s gonna be legal trouble if i don’t sort something out. felt pretty creepy so i just ended the call straight away. these calls have been coming non stop lately, from loads of different numbers. honestly, its kind of intimidating and could really scare someone who’s more vulnerable.

I got a really bad quality message saying that HMRC are about to take legal steps and that I need to call them back. Total rubbish, sounds like another scam to me.
