This number has called me twice, once today and once yesterday, both times with that annoying automated voice leaving a message.

Got a voicemail from this number recently, it was some woman pretending to be Officer Sarah Willson from HMRC. She used a weird altered voice and gave a number 01253 670854, saying it was a direct line to her department. Said it was urgent and warned me not to ignore it, telling me if I or my lawyer (which I don’t have) didn’t ring back, I should ‘prepare for legal action’. Obviously, I didn’t bother calling and just blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Sarah at HMRC, left a really scary voicemail. When I called back just for laughs, I gave them the name ‘non builder’ and even tried giving some made-up info, but they just refused to accept it. Ended up hanging up when I asked which company they were from - no answer. Typical scam!

Just got a call from these lot as well. So awful to deal with, threatening me with arrest over supposed tax evasion. When I started laughing, some woman named ‘Mary’ snapped, “Is this some kind of joke?” What total scumbags. Watch out for them, folks!

I had the same thing happen. A robot left me a voicemail. When I rang back, some guy sounded really pushy. He kept asking for my mobile number and said there wasn’t a Sarah there. I asked him to spell his name and thanked him, and he actually told me to get lost with a load of swear words. Rude! Blocked straight away!

Watch out, it’s a SCAM. If someone rings your mobile saying it's urgent or you must act immediately, just ignore and delete the number straight away. Real banks, HMRC, solicitors, and credit card firms always contact you by letter first, never by phone like that.

Total scam alert! Got an automated message on my answerphone, rang them back but immediately ended the call - the bloke barely spoke English and kept mentioning needing a lawyer. Then I got another call from 0300 200 3300, which turns out to be HMRC's official number!! Still, it was a proper scam, so I just told them to jog on. The guy was pushy and pretty rude, would be easy for someone to fall for it.

Some dodgy ‘Sarah Wilson’ supposedly from HMRC telling me to get in touch immediately or else I’ll have to ‘face legal consequences’. Honestly, I’m ready for whatever they think they can throw at me. Some bloke named Jeffrey Harvey called me claiming to be from HMRC, saying I was being investigated for tax fraud on four different accounts. He insisted they'd sent letters to my home but couldn’t even confirm if my address was right when I asked. Fed up, I told him to get lost and to sort out my proper address before posting anything if it was legit, then I just ended the call.

Got a recorded message supposedly from HMRC, telling me to ring Sarah Wilson as it was urgent. They said if I didn't call straight away, there'd be trouble. Got a voicemail from HMRC saying I’d better ring back Sarah Wilson right away. The message warned me it was urgent, and if I didn’t get in touch straight away, there would be serious trouble. I’m pretty certain HMRC normally send letters, not these dodgy calls. So, I’ve just blocked the number and deleted the message. They even mentioned something about needing legal advice. Sounds like a scam to me!

He said they’d already sent letters to my place, but when I asked, he couldn’t even confirm the details properly. Got a call from some bloke claiming to be HMRC, after replying to a text supposedly from Sarah. Laughable really. The sneaky bit? When I hung up and rang HMRC for real, it just switched me straight back to the scammers. Proper smart trick. He was banging on about police, court, and arrest. Supposedly from HMRC. Don’t bother ringing them back! I rang them up myself to tell them to quit the scam nonsense, and when they saw I wasn’t having any of it, the bloke started calling me “good girl”, told me to chill out, and even asked if I wanted to sleep with him for money. I’ve reported it to both HMRC’s phishing team and the cops. Honestly, just block the number!

Picked up the phone and it was some automated message from "Sarah Wilson at HMRC" with a weird American accent, saying I was being investigated and needed to ring back straight away or I'd "face the consequences" (exact words). Just got a call from some automated voice with a yankee accent, supposedly from a Sarah Wilson at HMRC. The message said I or my solicitor needed to ring them back urgently about some matter that can't wait. If I didn’t, I'd apparently be in serious trouble. Looks like I’m stuck with the so-called consequences then! Weird thing is, I’m signed up with the TPS, so I’m very curious how they managed to get my number. I might have to ask whoever sold my details about a little thing called GDPR!
