I received a call from someone named Max Wilkin, who said he was representing the Windows Technical Department. After having a rather amusing chat for about ten minutes, he ended up quite exasperated and declared that he'd be ringing my number repeatedly throughout the day. One can only hope this might be deemed illegal behaviour!
