I got a call from this number earlier today. The person on the other end claimed to be ringing me from Carphone Warehouse, saying they had an upgrade deal for my phone. I turned it down, as it seemed dodgy to me. Definitely a scam!

Seems like a phishing attempt to me. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number, plus informed my mobile provider about it.

I just had a ring from this phone number but no voicemail or any kind of message was left behind. Looking at the two other comments here on this site, both popped up within the last hour, so I’m guessing this might be some kind of spam call.
