These lot keep ringing me saying they’re from EDF, but I called EDF myself and they said it wasn’t them at all. I asked them nicely to stop ringing so often but they just got really nasty. One bloke even threatened to come round and... well, said something really horrible. As if that’s going to make me switch to their service! Proper annoying and rude people.

Somebody rang me pretending to be from the Electricity Board, saying we’re on some sort of emergency rate for our power. I told them to stop calling as we’ve had loads of similar calls today already. Then they just cut me off.
