I received a rather muddled call from a chap who claimed he needed to swing by to inspect my windows! It was a struggle to get a sentence out amidst the confusion, but I managed to ask for the name of his company. He let slip that it was called Windows Rescue. I specifically asked if they adhered to TPS regulations, to which he replied in the affirmative. So naturally, I inquired why on earth he was calling me, considering I’ve been registered on the TPS list for ages now!
