Had another call from someone claiming to be BT, clearly a scam. You’d think BT would do something to block these dodgy calls, but it feels like they just let it happen to make a quick buck alongside the scammers. Proper frustrating!

Got a call saying my broadband from 'BT' would be cut off unless I sorted something out. Total nonsense! Just another scam in my opinion. You’d think BT would care more about their good name, but clearly not!
