I received a rather chilly call from this number, and to be honest, the voice on the other end was hard to make out. It didn't help that we had mistakenly thought they were the same lot who put in our double glazing years ago. What was particularly concerning is that they seemed to play along with our misunderstanding, suggesting they were indeed the company we had enlisted for a "regular service." Quite puzzling, really!
