Calls take ages to connect or ring only briefly before hanging up quick. Seems very annoying and confusin especially if you dont do card payments. Lots of ppl find it irritating as the callers dont really explain well or understand your answers. Definitely no friendly or helpful service.

This wasn’t one of those silent calls, but it did take ages to actually get someone on the line (from India, I think). They claimed to be from Barclaycard, which I’m pretty sure was a load of rubbish, and started asking about card payments. When I told them we don’t take card payments, they almost laughed and asked how on earth we managed without them. I tried explaining it’s a different sort of business, but they just didn’t get it. Definitely a spam call.

I only heard it ring three times and couldn’t get to the phone in time.

Received a call at nine this morning, but they hung up the moment I picked up. Quite irritating, to say the least!
