Got a call claiming to be from Microsoft about problems with my PC. I told the guy it wasn’t my issue and I wasn’t interested. The bloke, with an Asian accent, snapped back, telling me not to waste his time and called us all the same. Proper rude, not what I’d expect from a company like that. Felt really poor customer service.
