Got hit with another one of those dead silent calls, can you believe? That’s the fourth dodgy call I've had just today!

this number 01253287297 just rang me up and the moment i picked up speakin in my strong Caribbean accent, the line went dead silent! then, out of nowhere, they just cut me off without a single word! makes me think - are they scared off by my accent or just a bunch of wimpy scam artists? who knows!

They called me and got my name completely wrong. I’ve blocked the number now. They tried ringing me twice on my mobile yesterday and today they’re on my landline.

Got a call from a bloke named Ryan Ray, sounded like he was from TalkTalk. He told me there was some kinda security issue and someone was trying to hack my IP address. Smelt like a scam straight away, so I blocked the number and told the police about it.

Got a dodgy internet call again, sounded like it came from some supposedly busy call centre. Thankfully, i use BT's call protect so i just blocked the number straight away.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from BT, saying they needed to protect my line because others were supposedly using it. Thing is, my phone line isn’t even with BT, so I just ended the call right away.

Got a call from 01253287297 today, they claimed my computer had been hacked. Sounds just like those typical “I can fix your PC” scams to me. Be careful, folks!

Got a recorded call telling me that my BT internet was being used in Mexico and to stop service being cut off, I should press 1 to contact BT right away. I ended the call straight away. Then about five minutes later, I got another call from a lady with an Asian accent saying the same thing. I told her I wasn’t a BT customer and she just hung up.
