I’ve had three calls from this place now. The lady was quite polite at first and mentioned my name, acting like she was sure I owned the house. But as soon as I said I didn’t, she just hung up on me. Proper rude! A simple apology for the inconvenience would have been nicer instead of just ending the call like that.
