Some bloke rang me up claiming he was from Openreach and said there was something wrong with my BT internet. I wasn’t having any of it and quickly told him to jog on.

Got a call from some bloke saying he was with BT support, asking me how my broadband was working and that they wanted to 'upgrade' my service for better speeds. I'd already reported a fault before. He asked me to get on my computer and said his 'supervisor' would guide me through some steps. I just told him to jog on!
