Got a call from some bloke named Alex Johnson, sounded like he had a proper thick Indian accent and said he was ringing from BT Open Reach. He kept calling me 'sir' over and over, so eventually I told him I’m not a sir. That’s when he suddenly seemed to realise and goes, "You’re not a sir? So you’re a madam then?" and just like that he ended the call. Maybe they’re only targeting blokes with their scams these days.
