Received a call earlier today from this number. At first, the line was silent, so I presumed it was just a robocall. Then, a chap came on, claiming he was following up on some inquiry we supposedly made. We asked for the name of the company as we didn’t recognise it, but he insisted we share our personal information before they’d reveal anything. Naturally, we declined to provide any details and firmly requested that they remove us from their calling list. Very shady business, if you ask me!

We received a call from this number, but they didn't leave any voicemail. So, we rang them back, and the person on the other end claimed to be from our credit company. However, the moment we asked him to repeat what he said, he hung up! We tried calling again and made it clear that we didn’t appreciate being cut off and that we wanted our number removed from their records. He then had the nerve to ask for our mobile number instead! I told him that if we didn't want them contacting us at home, it goes without saying that we absolutely do not want them pestering us on our mobile either. Fingers crossed we don’t hear from them again!

I received a missed call from this number and decided to look it up online. Came across this site and thought I'd share my thoughts. There's no way we're giving them a ring back; it's quite puzzling how they've managed to get hold of our number in the first place.

Received a call from this number but they didn't bother to leave a message. We decided to ring them back, and the chap on the other end claimed to be with our credit company. As soon as we asked him to repeat what he said, he hung up on us. So, we tried again and made it crystal clear that we wouldn't tolerate being disconnected, insisting they remove our number from their directories. When we mentioned this, he had the cheek to ask for a mobile number he could reach us on! I clarified that we absolutely do not want them ringing our home, let alone our mobile. Let's hope this is the last we hear from them.

Received a call on my mobile earlier, and as soon as I answered, there was complete silence on the line. We decided to hang up after that. Did a bit of digging into the number, which brought me to this site. At least now we know to ignore future calls from this number if it happens again.

These callers persistently reach out to us, and the moment we answer, they hang up! Earlier today, we decided to give them a bell again using a different phone number (naturally, we kept it hidden), and asked them to remove our number from their records. An Indian lady on the line insisted we had to provide our security details, postcode, and the like in order for that to happen-how absurd! We eventually cut the call short with her; it was utterly ridiculous!

I received a missed call from this number and decided to give them a ring back. Upon getting through, we asked them to take our details off their records. To our surprise, they insisted we answer some security questions first. We flatly refused and inquired about their reasoning behind it. Before we could get any clarification, they just cut the call! It’s quite infuriating, really!

Just received a call a moment ago regarding a loan application that we “supposedly” initiated. We informed them that we had no interest in receiving further calls and promptly ended the conversation.

Received a call from this number earlier today. When I picked up, there was a brief silence before they abruptly disconnected. I tried returning the call, but I couldn’t quite understand the accent of the person on the other end. Quite puzzling!

Phoned by a company named UCC. We're under the impression that it had something to do with lending (INDEED).

We've had a similar experience, to be honest. Just received a missed call from this number and decided to investigate online. After finding this information, there's no way I'm returning their call! As a recent graduate facing a few financial hiccups, I can’t fathom why they’d even think I'd be interested in a loan from these muppets!

So, these chaps gave us a bell trying to confirm our details. The moment I picked up and heard their spiel, it reeked of a scam. I insisted on speaking to a manager-which could well be any Tom, Dick, or Harry-and informed them they were violating the Data Protection Act. Well, wouldn’t you know it, they cut the line. Haven't heard from them since! 😊

I received a missed call while I was busy at my job. I didn’t bother to ring back, as my colleagues and I did a bit of online sleuthing and stumbled upon this site before deciding on our next steps!

The call rang for a bit and then they hung up. . .
