Got a call from someone claiming to be BT, wanting me to download an app. Before doing anything, I asked them to verify their identity by sending a pin to my email, since I know BT does that to confirm. They said they weren’t able to send one, so I just ended the call. Definitely wouldn’t trust those guys.
