12 yearsWe've been plagued by a relentless nuisance caller who just hangs up every time we answer. It’s quite maddening, really! Each time we try to find out who it is by calling 1471, it informs us that the number was withheld. This has happened so frequently-sometimes up to ten times in a row! Earlier today, after what felt like an eternity of ringing and hanging up, I finally managed to catch the number after about six attempts. Given that the same unknown number showed on 1471 just before the caller hung up yet again, it seems likely that this indeed was the culprit all along. When I finally decided to give it a ring back, I was told it belonged to a shoe shop!
