Sounds like a dodgy scam call to me. I got this robotic message saying something like ‘this is your internet company, we’ve been trying to reach you. Your connection will be cut off within 24 to 48 hours because of illegal stuff.’ Then it gave a bunch of numbers to press to talk to someone, but I just hung up. I’d only chatted with my actual provider about some changes the day before! Plus, they never mentioned the company’s real name, just ‘your service provider,’ which made me really suspicious.
