Got a call from this bloke with a strong Indian accent claiming his name was “Victor” (bit of a laugh, innit) saying he was from BT and there was some issue with my internet. I could hear a lot of people chatting in the background, seemed like some call centre. He started asking what phone I was using to sort it out. I played along for a bit, then told him I actually don’t have internet at all. He cut me off sharp, didn’t even bother with a goodbye. Definitely a scammer.
