Got a call on my home phone from 01249820571, some bloke saying they were from Sky internet about a security problem with my router. Total scam as I don’t have Sky broadband anymore. They couldn’t even tell me my name, just kept saying they had my account number. When I asked who the account was in and who exactly they wanted, they just hung up. Used to be a Sky customer but not now. Feels like someone’s leaking our info, maybe even someone inside Sky is involved, probably for cash.
