Got a call from a man with an accent, said he was from TPS, then just hung up on me. I told him what he was doing wasn't right under the law.

Somebody rang saying they were from TPS and tried to sell me an upgrade. They were fishing for bank info, targeting folks who might not be too careful. Honestly, it sounded like a proper scam and could fool loads of people.

On 2nd May 2019 at 11:57, this number called me. My phone was set to answerphone, like it usually is because I get loads of calls but no one ever says anything. As soon as they heard the message, they ended the call straight away, just like they always do.

Got this weird call from some lady who spoke rubbish English. She never said who she was at first, but after I pressed her she said she was from TPS. Bit odd, right, given what she was ringing about?

Got a call from someone saying they were with the telephone preference service. It wasn’t just once either, I’ve had loads from different numbers all claiming the same thing. Pretty sure it’s a scam.

Telephone Preference Service? Sounds dodgy to me, probably just another scam. Honestly, a shame they don’t do old school punishments anymore. I reckon something like castration with piano wire would be fitting for these creeps.
