Someone called saying they were from TalkTalk sorting out my internet issues. If anyone knows where they’re based, please tell me so I can give them a proper headache to deal with. What a load of rubbish!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT about an internet issue. When I tried to ask where exactly she was calling from, she got really annoyed and kept insisting the address was right for BT in London. I know that area well, but she wouldn't say anything more and ended up hanging up on me. Funny thing is, I’m with Virgin anyway!

Got a call saying they were from Talk Talk tech support, said they needed to look into an issue with my internet. Felt like just a sneaky sales trick though, not really a genuine Talk Talk job.

this morning i got a call from one of those fake tech support folks again. honestly, i’m kinda hoping they ring back, i’d love to help out lol

I keep getting calls from this number and a few similar ones, always saying they’re from TalkTalk and asking about how many lights are on my router. They keep threatening that my service will be cut off in a few days. When I tried to ask which company they were actually calling from, the person just ended the call.

a bloke rang me claiming he was from talk talk, but i told him i’m with bt. he said there was some sort of signal coming through from talk and wanted me to check my internet connection. when i told him to stop bothering me and that i’m with bt, he just hung up on me.
