What’s the point of having my full name and surname? Should I be worried about this?

Got a call from some Advantage company. They actually knew my full name and were asking about doing a survey. I told them I was busy and suggested they ring back at 11pm (lol). The lady on the other end was like "oh dear!!". I'm thinking this might be linked to a call I got from a job search agency about 10 days ago, also from India. Honestly, maybe the easiest way is just not to pick up. What do these firms want from a survey anyway? What can they do just knowing my full name? Should I be worried about this?
