There was a lady with a pretty thick Indian accent on the phone, and honestly I couldn’t catch what she was saying at all. The only clear word was 'Survey'. When I told her I wasn’t getting it, she just ended the call straight away.

Got a call late afternoon from a woman with an Asian accent, hardly could make out what she was saying. She asked for me by my name but didn’t say where she was from clearly. She then mentioned some technical problems and said she’d ring back. I asked her to say the company’s name again, but she hung up on me. Never got a callback. If you look up UBS Trading, there are loads of alerts warning about scams with folks pretending to be from them. Avoid talking to them. They ask loads of survey-type questions trying to get your personal details. I've had to block quite a few numbers like this from all over the UK.

Just another one of those survey scam calls. Best to avoid any chat with them. They’re trying to fish for your details. They keep switching up numbers from all over the UK. I've blocked loads of their numbers over time.

She claimed to represent the "Callers Preference Bureau" and promised to help me avoid those pesky nuisance calls. I promptly bid her farewell, as I had already fallen victim to that trick before! I ended up having to change my number because I was bombarded with relentless telemarketing calls.
