Got calls twice today from 01246 557689 and 01208 382246. Both say they’re from some company called UKIP and ask a load of questions, finishing with asking about my perfect holiday destination. They both gave postcode areas that aren’t mine at all. Sounds like some dodgy call centre, probably in India. Feels like a total waste of time for everyone, and honestly, I have no idea what they’re even trying to sell. Proper harassment.

Like loads of others here, they just call every single week without stop, so now i just end the call straight away or leave it ringing till they give up.

People with Asian accents keep ringing me every day asking for me, then they push me to verify who I am. When I say I can't catch what they're saying 'cos of their accent or I ask where they’re calling from, they usually get rude, so I just hang up before they answer. I’ve just got a BT Guardian phone and put their numbers straight onto the blocked list, plus I keep BT Guardian switched on all the time to stop these annoying calls.

They ring me nonstop but I usually miss the calls. Managed to answer one today and quickly said I wasn’t interested in their survey. Heard before that they get pretty rude on the phone, and this ‘Joe/Joan’ was no different. Told me not to answer any questions and just leave them alone. Then they started arguing with me, but I didn’t take the bait. Eventually, they swore at me and just hung up. Fingers crossed they don’t bother me again!!

They began ringing my landline on 23/06/16 and since it’s a Chesterfield area code and I’m local, I picked up but there was no one there. This has happened about 18 times now and when I tried calling back, it just said 'sorry, number can’t be reached'. I’ve blocked the number now and would recommend others do the same if they can.

This number rang me just now, and when I answered I gruffly told them to shove off. I get loads of calls daily, but usually I don’t pick up - just let it go to voicemail. Tonight, though, I wasn’t having it and told them exactly what I thought. I’ve actually got a penny whistle I blow at full blast if I pick up, just to annoy those telemarketers. Only downside is it freaks my poor cat out something rotten. Honestly, there’s times I wish these muppets would just disappear. My phone shows me the number, so if I don’t recognise it, the answer machine takes care of it nicely.

On the 25th of May 2016, I got a couple of calls from 01246 557689, one at 9:25 in the morning and another just after midday. The first caller sounded like they had an overseas accent, and the second time, I waited for them to say something but they just hung up after a bit. I did a 1471 and the same number popped up again. Feels like harrassment, really. It's frustrating coz you end up answering everytime just in case it's someone from family.

i keep getting calls from this number asking for a person who doesnt exist here. i always answer saying the company name (its a work number theyre ringing after all) but no ones ever had that name and weve had this phone for like nine years now. the number’s on the tps list but these calls still keep coming. every few months they start again, calling a few times a day for a few days, then slow down to once a week, then stop for a while and suddenly ramp up again. tried calling back but noone picks up.
