Got a call from a company offering loft surveys. I said no thanks, but they handled it quite nicely.

I got a call earlier today from someone who sounded Indian. He said he could help me find a job and then asked how much I earn at the moment. I've got one of those call blocking features on my phone to stop these kinds of calls but it doesn’t seem to work. Seriously, who are these people and why do they keep ringing, even with all the filters?

I received a call from Universal Eco Homes, who were exceedingly courteous during the conversation. They proposed conducting a loft survey, which I found rather interesting. Despite already having solar panels in place, they merely inquired whether I thought they were a worthwhile investment. Shortly thereafter, they visited my property to carry out a complimentary loft survey and provided some insightful recommendations on how to enhance the space. All in all, it was a positive experience with no complaints from my end.

I suspect this might be a solar panel con artist. They claimed to be calling regarding my solar panels, but when I pressed them for their details, they simply hung up.
