They somehow convinced him to pay £200 for what they said was a 3 year TV insurance plan. We immediately contacted the bank to stop the payment and sorted out a new card and PIN for him. Not long after, that same number rang again asking for my dad, but when I asked who was calling, they just cut the call straight away.
